Carribian Hotel And Resort MEP Design

We carried out the general design of all engineering systems (HVAC, fire systems, low-voltage systems, electrical and sewage systems), and designed the pool using Autodesk Revit. We made two stages: Schematic Design and Design Development.

The object was built according to American standards; it was approved by local authorities to issue a building permit.
