METROPOLIS MALL - Rebirth into LAKE PLAZA

In July 2021, the shopping center "METROPOLIS" at the address: Kyiv, st. Marshal Malinowski, 12-A begins large-scale reconstruction with complete closure for visitors. The complete re-equipment of the facility is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.

The reconstruction project envisages:

• renovation of the facades and interiors of the mall in accordance with modern world trends;
• increase of GLA to 22 thousand sq.m;
• updating of the tenant-mix with the involvement of the company "CROPPERS GROUP", including the expansion of the entertainment area and food court, according to the needs of the target audience;
• business center with offices of class "B +"
• installation of the facade screen with a total area of ​​over 300 sq.m.
