KARAVAN Nominated for CP Award 2020

On February 28, the CP AWARDS 2020 Awards Competition was held at the Hilton Hotel. The project of UVT GROUP, KARAVAN OUTLET, was nominated as "Best Renovation of the Year".

CP AWARDS is a professional and independent award in real estate. It is awarded to companies and projects that are important to the Ukrainian real estate market. The competition has 6 categories and 20 nominations. The winners are determined by the jury.

The shopping center has received a new look both outside and inside. All galleries and food courts were renovated. Their area is 11,000 sq.m. Luminous facades with an area of 10,000 square meters, new entrance groups and driveways were added. Engineering systems have been modernized. Object's landscaping was upgraded. Even the pipe from the old boiler house changed its appearance. Design and construction work took 10 months. The working documentation is implemented using BIM technologies.
UVT GROUP specialists conducted field surveillance daily. We, together with the DCH ordering service, carried out work at the facility. The project opened on time thanks to the coordinated work of all participants.
